Brock Blake is the CEO and co-founder of Lendio, the nation’s leading small business finance solutions provider. Brock believes that access to capital should be simpler and quicker for small business owners, and he’s built a successful company around solving this problem. Brock leads the team that has helped business owners get access to more than $10B in funding. An Inc. 500 CEO, national keynote speaker, Forbes columnist, and Utah’s Emerging Executive of the Year, Brock’s dedication extends far beyond the boardroom. He has shaped a superior company culture with a humble and hungry team that is passionate about driving results and giving back. Ben Davis
President & Chief Revenue Officer
Ben joined Lendio as Chief Franchising Officer to help create a better way of connecting with SMBs, lenders and referral sources in local markets. Under his direction, Lendio became the world’s first online lending marketplace with hundreds of local offices. As the company’s Chief Revenue Officer, Ben now leads all revenue functions and efforts to scale across Lendio’s various business units. Since taking on the role of President, he also oversees the teams, tools & processes that Lendio uses to turn strategy into execution. Ben believes that empowering small business ownership should be a cornerstone of any collective effort to strengthen individuals, families, communities, and countries. His three kids can/do talk him into just about anything that can be competitive in Utah’s diverse outdoor ecosystem.
Patricia Korth-McDonnell
Chief Experience Officer
Patricia joined Lendio in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience in digital transformation and product marketing to her role as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). A passionate leader who believes in the power of collaboration and flat teams to drive industry-defining customer experiences, Patricia works cross functionally to drive innovative solutions that help Lendio to fuel the dreams of small business owners. Prior to Lendio, Patricia served as CXO of Nuula, CMO of Better.com, and Global President of digital agency Huge.
Gianpierre Raicovi
Chief Sales Officer & GM of SMB Success
Gianpierre Raicovi joined Lendio in October 2015, bringing a little over three and a half years of financial industry experience to his Chief Sales Officer (CSO) role. Gianpierre has experience in all strategic and functional aspects of sales but finds building teams and culture most compelling. Now as the company’s Chief Sales Officer, Gianpierre leads all efforts that encompass SMB Success. He has helped shape Lendio's culture and has been a key leader in driving many of the organization's loan origination and revenue milestones, focusing on communication and collaboration as the main drivers. His passion comes from his experience being a small business owner, and being able to sympathize and understand where they're coming from gives him insight and perspectives that he then brings to the Lendio team.
Mark Cottle
EVP, Partnerships
Mark joined the Lendio team in the first year of its franchising program. His work has not only helped to launch dozens of Lendio Local “offices” across the country but also to ensure these franchise locations continue running successfully. Throughout his career, Mark has directly worked with hundreds of franchisees in several industries and various capacities. Since 2018, Mark has been leading all aspects of the Lendio Local business, from recruiting new franchisees to ongoing training. Mark is passionate about small businesses as the lifeblood of national and local economies and loves working closely with individuals who embody the "if it is to be, it's up to me" mindset.
Ethan Hanson
SVP, General Counsel
As Lendio’s General Counsel, Ethan takes care of all things legal, from document review and negotiation to acquisitions to general legal advice for employees. Ethan brings extensive experience to the board, including helping business owners get their business up and running the right way, protecting their interests as they grow, and helping them generate long term success. Knowing that Lendio is helping businesses move forward and succeed is what drives Ethan every day.
Brian Hosie
VP, Engineering
Brian wrote his first <b> tag in 1996 for his band's website and immediately fell in love with using technology to build cool stuff. He is a passionate and driven technologist and a continuous learner. He loves getting his hands dirty and creating, and he loves writing code and delivering valuable products that solve problems. Brian also has the proven ability to create and lead high-functioning engineering teams that deliver results on time without fanfare or heroic 2:00 a.m. death marches. His tech pet peeves include inconsiderate user interfaces, bad APIs, and intrusive data collection.
Philip Taliaferro
SVP, GM
As Lendio's Senior Vice President and GM for Lender SaaS, Philip is driving growth for the technologies used by lenders including data analytics and decisioning. Having grown up on a farm in Virginia, Philip passionate about the intersection of small businesses and community lenders. Prior to Lendio, Philip held leadership roles with Finastra, a PE-backed banktech, and Broadridge, a NYSE-listed technology business serving the investment industry.
Joe LaFalce
VP, Business Development
Joe joined Lendio in 2023 with a mission and passion to build long-term enterprise value for Lendio through innovative and industry-defining business development and partnerships. Based in our NYC office, Joe brings over 20 years experience in BD at blue chip tech, high growth and startup organizations. Prior to joining Lendio, Joe spent three and a half years at Block, where he led Emerging Business at Cash App and Afterpay. An early US employee at Afterpay, he helped to guide that company through its high growth stage and acquisition by Block. Joe also brings extensive experience in media, having led teams at Popsugar, Time Inc and Sling Media. In his spare time, he can be found chasing after his 2 young daughters, who are hands down the best negotiators he’s met throughout his career.
